LAND OFF GREENGARTH, BOTTESFORD, SCUNTHORPE

We wish to inform you that Moorwalk Ltd are to submit a revised outline planning application for development of land off Greengarth, Bottesford to provide much needed family housing in the area.

The proposals include the delivery of up to 110 family homes, the provision of open space and the retention of an existing woodland area on the south western boundary of the site.


Consultation

A consultation information leaflet will be hand delivered to residents within the vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals.

Please note that the consultation period has been extended until Wednesday 21st July 2021.


Based on the Council’s response to the previous scheme and the comments made by residents at that time, the consultation exercise focuses specifically on a selection of proposed highway mitigation measures (Proposals Nos 1-7) which consider the selective widening of High Street and improving its junction with Moorwell Road. Responses on this matter are accepted without prejudice in relation to your views on the general principle of development and any other matters raised through previous consultation processes. With respect, only feedback which relates to the highway mitigation measures will be considered as part of this consultation.
