The Black Horse Public House/Village Farm Kirkby Fleetham

We wish to inform you that Black Horse KF Ltd are to submit a planning application for external alterations and extension to The Black Horse public house. It would also include alterations  and extension to the existing pub car park. The former Village Farm Dairy buildings would be converted and re-developed to accommodate holiday lets, and the erections of holiday lodges within the adjoining field serviced by a proposed farm and village shop/reception and spa building, amenity space and two Padel courts.


Consultation

A consultation information leaflet will be hand delivered to residents within the vicinity of the site informing them of the proposals.

We will be hosting a public exhibition at Kirkby Fleetham Village Hall on Thursday 31th July 2025 between 3pm and 7pm

Please note that the consultation period will run until 15th August 2025.
